Career help portal is bringing an other great opportunity for the career development of females who are enrolled in any University in undergraduate program. Applications are open for sister2sister exchange program 2021 (fully funded in USA).
All the females from given undergraduate program are encouraged to apply before 31 January 2021. This program is announced every year for females empowerment in academic development and also career development. SIE (Society of International Education) is non-profitable organization which provides opportunities to the females of Pakistan for improving communicational skills, language and Leadership skills.
Partner universities include Virginia Tech, American University, UMASS AMHERST, EMORY University, University of Virginia and University of Chicago. Female Students who are enrolled in any 5 year degree program, are eligible for this. If they are studying in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of any 04 year degree program, they are eligible for this. No need of IELTS.

Eligibility criteria
- Only females are eligible for this program.
- Applicant must be 18-24 years old.
- Final year students of 02 or 04 years degree program are not eligible.
- In 04 years degree program, applicant must be enrolled in 1st, 2nd or 3rd year.
- Undergraduate with 02 year degree program are also eligible but applicant Should be enrolled in 1st year.
- English proficiency is necessary but no need of IELTS/TOEFL.
- Applicant must have participated in social and other community activities and should be a good social activist.
- Students from backward areas like those South Punjab are warmly welcomed.
- Applicant should not be availing any Scholarship in USA.
- Students with dual citizenship or nationality in USA are not eligible for this program at all.

- Reference or recommendation letters (02 letters are highly encouraged from any 02 professors or associate professors from respective department. Recommendation letter can’t be got from lecturer or assistant professor).
