Types of Quebec scholarship
There are 03 main types of Quebec scholarships for international students in 2021. All these are provided according to the availability of courses. Quebec Merit Scholarships for Vocational Training

Quebec Scholarships for Technical Training will be given year-wise. $14,000 per year will be provided to the selected candidates. After one year, Selected students will have to re-apply for a scholarship. The duration of the program is 3 years. It means that applicants have to re-apply for the scholarship for a maximum of 3 years. The full Tuition fee will also be provided by the Quebec Government directly to the training college. Quebec Merit Scholarships for postgraduate studies
For Doctoral Research scholarship, selected students will be awarded an amount of $25,000 per year. The maximum duration of this scholarship is 3 years. This duration can be extended to up to 12 months. In case of extension, a monthly stipend of $1000 will be given. Note that extra stipends and multiple benefits are also provided to the research students by Quebec Government. This may include monthly packages, a full tuition fee (directly paid to the host university), complete health insurance, etc.
